Ruchi is a multi-talented professional, certified green belt (QAI) with 25 + years of experience. Post her graduation from SRCC, Delhi University, she worked with Citibank N.A in various roles managing Call center operations which included Customer Service, Process reengineering, Training & Quality management. Her tenure at Citibank won her several accolades including the Asia Pacific CitiPhone Excellence – Winner in Support Category and Bravo Award for successful completion of Green Belt Project, among others.
Post her stint at Citi, Ruchi went on to enhance her skills by working with a branding company. Her area of expertise lies in being able to grasp client requirements and link concepts and translate them into effective communication tools. She has successfully developed and delivered several campaigns in areas of Change Management, Business Excellence, Compliance, Performance Management, Customer Service etc. for clients across industries.

Sarika is a multi-faceted banker by profession and a creative business storyteller by choice. She is a Client & Operations Excellence SME and a Change & Culture catalyst with two decades of experience with Citibank N.A. She has spearheaded CSLM, FCR, PHS improvement across Citibank’s retail arm with great success. As the CitiPhone Service Quality Director, she designed and implemented several large scale campaigns which won her several accolades including the prestigious Asia Pacific Excellence CEO Award for the Best Training and Communication Manager.
Over the last couple of years, Sarika has reinvented herself to pursue her passion for developing communication campaigns that connect people and organisations. During this period, she consulted with a design and branding company. She has further up-skilled herself to create several experiential Online & VILT programs for organisations with diverse business priorities. She has worked across areas of D&I, Human Rights, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, People & Performance Management, Business Ethics & Compliance, Customer Service etc.
